RESTORING CONNECTION® WITH LIFE & THRIVING

Greetings! I’m Elizabeth Lehmann, MA, MSW, LCSW, passionate about helping people experience true joy and thrive during these times of tremendous change. Whether through coaching, training, consultation, counseling, psychotherapy or my audio program, I've professionally been helping people shift from surviving to thriving for over twenty five years.
My professional success is born of extensive post-graduate training in several different traditional and cutting-edge transformational approaches, while personally experiencing each one and applying what I learn in my work with clients as well as my personal life.
Diverse professional and life experiences further inform my work, including my first career as a high school teacher, an M.A. in Communications from Northwestern University, corporate sales, living abroad, as well as U.S.A. big city and small town living, having been a successful photographer. And also important, my experiences of being single as well as married, parenting and spiritual connection.
I’ve come to think of myself as facilitating people in “Restoring Connection® With Life & Thriving”, using an integration of “the best of the best" approaches into one, embracing this perspective:
We are not alone.
We are interconnected and interdependent with all life.
We thrive when feeling securely connected to ourself, others and what truly sustains us.
As well as felt experiences of connection, inherent in the human condition are felt experiences of disconnection and restored connection. When we’re balanced and in the flow of life, we spontaneously move through this recurring process. For various reasons we can get stuck. When a felt experience of disconnection from life prevails, a sense of imbalance, separation, isolation and alienation ensues, often coupled with anxiety, fear and shame. Disconnection may eventually express itself in physical disease.
Now more than ever we need to experience Restoring Connection® With Life & Thriving . To learn more, including how we could best work together, contact me.
