Restoring Connection® With Life & Thriving
Noteworthy Professional Experiences

Through "The Focusing Institute" I've had the privilege of teaching:
The Restoring Connection® With Life & Thriving approach organically emerged from within an ongoing experiential study group of helping professionals, which I had the privilege of leading in New York City from 2006 - 2009. The Restoring Connection approach continues to evolve.
It was at the 2008 International Focusing Conference that I first had the pleasure of presenting Restoring Connection to an enthusiastic audience, for which Eugene Gendlin's Focusing serves as an underpinning. This was followed by presenting Restoring Connection in New York City to New York Metro Focusing and wellness centers in New Jersey. In May of 2014 I presented "Resiliency In Relationship: The Neurobiology of Rupture and Repair", aspects of Restoring Connection, at the International Conference of Focusing-Oriented Therapies. In the fall of 2014 at the Albert Wisner Library in Warwick, NY I presented an introduction to Restore Yourself While Learning How to Restore Others: An Integrative Training Program for Helping Professionals, with subsequent training given in 2014-2015.
My journal publications include:
"The King's Speech: Through The Lens of an Eloquent Case Presentation", Transformance: The AEDP Journal, March 2011.
"Integration for Increased Safety and Carrying Forward", The Folio: A Journal for Focusing and Experiential Therapy, Volume 25, Number 1, 2014.
